We regularly test laser alignment of laser scanning confocal microscopes and cell sorter using multicolor fluorescent beads. To obtain best bright field imaging conditions and DIC contrast imaging, we perform Köhler illumination alignment of optical microscopes every week.
With the help of advanced microscopes, we can cover from nanometer to millimeter range regarding imaging of medical, biological, and pharmaceutical samples. Using our 4 laser 4 detector Cell Sorter, we can simultaneously sort and enrich four different types of cells from a mixed population such as from blood samples. Immunological analyses or cell division cycle population analyses, separation and enrichment of specific cell types are among the scientific applications we can perform with this cell sorter
All members of our team are experienced researchers as well. We regularly present demonstration and trainings too. With our team, we can actively contribute the imaging projects in a variety of ways, from designing and executing experiments to applying grants and patents as well publishing scientific articles.
